Recently under leadership of Dalian Ganjingzi district government, the district organization department and non-state owned enterprises organization committee started an action of “Party flag flowing, market prosperous, three satisfied” in the party organizations of non-state owned enterprises. The party organizations and party members of this system insisted to deeply learn to practise the theory of scientific development under direction of Deng theory and Jiang theory, whole fulfil the general requirements of “Ensure rise, Ensure the people’s life, Ensure quality, Promote line transfer” from district government at the seventh meeting of ten term, fully demonstrate the party organization’s leading position and battle fort in the enterprises. Effectively reduce the lost due to the international economic crisis, promote enterprises’ development, promote economy increasing, stabilized employee team, and realized “Party flag flowing, market prosperous, three satisfied”. It’s   a guarantee for building modernized, international center district.
     For commending advanced party, fully demonstrating example’s effect, inspiring all party organizations and party members of enterprises to bear each ability of building the modernized, international center district, the district government decided to award “Advanced Organization” and “Excellent Party Staff” to 15 party organizations of the enterprises and 26 party members who got the excellent achievement at the 90th anniversary of CCP. As membership of China Quality Testing Committee, Dalian Forklift Co., Ltd. wined “Advanced Organization” honor, and two party members was awarded “Excellent Party Staff” in “three satisfied” action.
